A Mammoth-Sized Breakfast at Woolley ES

September means one thing—breakfast is back on the menu at Woolley Elementary! This is our second year serving up smiles here, and the school rolled out the welcome mat in the sweetest way: by playing a photo collage from last year’s breakfast on their TVs. Talk about a warm welcome back!
The chefs from Bellagio and Park MGM answered a very early wake-up call—4 a.m.—to whip up a spread as big as the school mascot, the mammoth. And they delivered: Bacon, Spinach, and Egg Frittatas, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Chicken Apple Sausage, Liege Waffles, Crispy Fingerling Potatoes, Danishes, Fruit Cups, and Yogurt. Whew. Just reading the menu makes us hungry!

But nothing topped the moment the kids lifted those trays and laid eyes on the feast. The gasps, the grins, the wide-eyed wonder—absolutely priceless. One student even exclaimed, “This is making an aviator hungry!” (A compliment of the highest order, if you ask us.) And in true Woolley spirit, a few kids even raised their fruit cups and potatoes for a celebratory toast. Cheers to breakfast! 🥔🍓✨


Of course, no breakfast is complete without something to sip. Thanks to our friends at Hospitality Culinaire, every student got a Jamba Juice smoothie to wash it all down.
