Vote Chefs for Kids on Target Circle

We’re excited to announce that once again, Chefs for Kids has been selected as one of the five nonprofits receiving funds from Target’s quarterly giving program. If you’re a member of the Target Circle rewards program, one of the benefits you may not know about is called Community Support. Every time you shop, in addition to cash back and all the other rewards you receive, you earn one vote which you can cast to help direct a portion of Target’s charitable giving to one of 5 non-profit organizations in your local market. 

If you’re in the Las Vegas area, or still use your las vegas zip code with Target, Chefs for Kids is one of five non-profits you can choose from. We were last invited to participate in 2021, and our supporters showed up in full force casting 82,669 votes and raising $4,988.41. We were sooooo close to hitting the $5,000 mark, and we know with your support we can do that this year.

Let’s beat the 2021 numbers! Here’s what you need to do: 

Now through December 31, 2023, place a vote for us in the Target app (or on your computer click below). Here’s how:

Step 1: Choose “My Target” in the Target app
Step 2: Tap on “Target CircleTM”
Step 3: Select “Vote for nonprofits”
Step 4: Find Chefs for Kids & vote!

We’re asking our supporters to help us make the most of this incredible opportunity. At the end of the voting period, the votes are tallied up and each nonprofit is awarded a grant based on the % of votes they received from Target guests. Every vote counts to help us receive a portion of the available Target funds as we continue our mission to alleviate malnutrition and hunger in children through education and awareness. 

Don’t forget, as you earn more votes, you can keep voting multiple times during the campaign! So now when anyone makes fun of you for feeding your Target addiction with another run, you can say it was for charity!
